Our philosophy

When creating this village, we offer the best of our projects developed for Latvia and planned for this village.
For the well-being of the residents of the house, we create large plots of land with an average of 1500m2.

The special charm of this place is the river that runs along the border of the garden of the house and the view of the forest from the terrace, garden, bedrooms and living room windows. The house is placed with a terrace and windows to the south-west direction, which will allow you to enjoy the long sunny evenings on the terrace, watching the forest, the river and the garden, warming up in the evening sun. Even during rain, the terrace will be protected by a roof above it and will allow you to enjoy the terrace during it.
We built the house by separating the older bedroom area with a dressing room and bathroom from the rest of the house, it has its own exit to the terrace and it has a wonderful view from the window of the bed area to the garden river and the forest. The living room is a place where the whole family meets and spends time, which has a kitchen with a bar counter, or an island, where you can eat breakfast and chat, which is usually a favorite place for both family and guests, the hostess has a spacious kitchen with a view of window. The kitchen is combined with the living room, but it has its own niche, which visually separates it, creating a feeling of separate rooms. The living room has space for a dinner table and a sofa corner for comfortable shared TV viewing. Relaxing in the living room, through the large windows you can see the garden, the river, and when you open the sliding wooden triple doors, it connects with the terrace in one ensemble, and in warm weather, it creates a special feeling, combining the living room with the garden and the terrace.
Architecture & Layout

The architectural concept focuses on privacy, natural surroundings, and functional zoning. The house layout is divided into distinct living and private areas, ensuring comfortable daily use and long-term adaptability.
Large panoramic windows provide natural daylight and visual connection with the surrounding landscape, while terraces and outdoor areas are integrated into the overall living concept.

When creating the project, we created a cut height of 3.5 meters, with which we want to create a feeling of spaciousness in the living room, which will be enhanced by the large wooden showcases and the charming view. We assume that it will be one of the best views you can see in Mārupe while sitting on a soft sofa or on a terrace and sipping coffee.
Engineering & Energy Solutions

The project incorporates modern engineering systems aimed at minimizing energy consumption and maximizing indoor comfort:
Mechanical ventilation with heat recover
Geothermal heating and cooling solutions
High-performance insulation and airtight construction
Smart building elements for efficient climate control

These systems allow the building to produce more energy than it consumes on an annual basis.
Taking care of home comfort and spending will make the house very quiet
  • A heat pump that will also cool the house in the summer
  • Heat recuperator, will save costs and ensure the inflow of fresh, warm air
  • Solar batteries will not be visually noticeable, but will provide the necessary energy for home consumption
  • The smart home block will allow you to control and get information about the house remotely
  • The smart intercom will record visitors and call you even if you are not at home
  • Sensors will take care of the safety of water leaks in the house
Interior & Comfort

FeaturesInterior solutions were selected to support everyday comfort and functionality. The project includes high-quality sanitary equipment, modern kitchen solutions, and integrated automation elements. These features complement the technical performance of the building without compromising its architectural clarity.

Lighting at home will be designed to protect your vision and will be adjustable and easily modified, and many other modern and pleasant solutions await you in the house of this project. It should be noted that the enclosing constructions of the house are much better than the energy saving norms set by the legislation, all materials are ecological without harmful emissions, allergic materials are not used, warm floors and walls will create comfort. In a sunny year, the house should produce more energy than it consumes on average.
Thoughtful and functional layout:
  • The master bedroom is located in one wing of the house with a view of a picturesque forest and river.
  • Quiet, spacious terrace with a peaceful view of the forest and stream.
  • Two additional rooms are located in the opposite wing of the house.
  • Kitchen with modern appliances – a double-door refrigerator, wine cabinet, and built-in furniture.
  • Living room with 4-meter-high ceilings and large panoramic windows that bring light and space into the room.
  • Utility/technical room for convenient everyday living.
Project Execution

All major construction elements were manufactured in controlled factory conditions and assembled on site, ensuring precision, reduced construction time, and consistent quality. This approach reflects WWL Hus’ industrialized timber construction methodology.

We offer you a unique opportunity to acquire a modern home where comfort, technology, and eco-friendly innovations are combined. This house not only ensures autonomous energy consumption but also up to 11 MW of energy per year with solar panels. Consuming only 4-5 MW, you won’t have to pay utility bills, and any excess energy can be used to charge your electric car or sold on the exchange.
Innovative technologies and design solutions:
  • Blauberg ventilation-recovery system with geothermal heating and cooling functions.
  • Bosch heat pump provides heating and cooling for the house.
  • High-quality bathroom solutions: tropical shower, Japanese automatic toilets with a water-saving system, built-in mirrors with an anti-fog function, built-in towel
    warmers.
  • House exterior elements: automatic drainage pipe de-icing, lighting of the house number, and a video doorbell connected to your phone.
This house is the perfect choice for those who value eco-friendly solutions, high quality of life, and modern design. Enjoy peace and harmony in Mārupe while taking advantage of the benefits provided by technology.
